Transparency Statement

1. Where the numbers come from

Every statistic comes from manual, point-by-point scouting done by a trained person watching the match live or on the VOD. We do not estimate, infer or import third-party data: if a match was not scouted, it has no statistics on the site. 2. Review and correction

Every match goes through a second reading before becoming a public number. We still make mistakes, and a scouting error is corrected, not hidden.

• Found a wrong number? Write to viniciusimpulse@gmail.com with the match link and the rally in question.
• Confirmed corrections are applied to the database and automatically recompute rankings, averages and heatmaps.
• Any athlete, pair or organisation can ask for a review of their own match at no cost.

3. Where automation is involved

We use automation to distribute content, never to invent a number. Match cards, stories and tournament recaps are assembled by software from data that was already reviewed. Automatically generated news text always comes from the same public database as the site, and is reviewed by a human before publishing.

We do not use language models to estimate missing statistics, nor to fill a scouting gap.

4. Probabilities and projections

When we show a win probability or a player rating, the number is computed by a statistical model over the history already collected, and is frozen the moment the match starts. We never edit a prediction after the result. Player ratings and probabilities are a reading of performance, not betting advice.

5. Commercial ties

Areia Score is run by Impulse (IMPULSE LTDA, CNPJ 35.787.876/0001-04) and funded by Premium subscriptions and by partnerships with leagues and organisers, listed at /parcerias.

A commercial partnership never changes a number, a ranking or a result. Sponsored coverage, where it exists, is identified as such on the page itself.

6. Images, brands and athlete data

Photos, crests and league or tournament brands belong to their owners and appear in an editorial and statistical context. An athlete who wants to correct a name, photo or court side, or to request removal of a personal data point, can write to viniciusimpulse@gmail.com; the request is handled under the Privacy Policy.

7. Automated access to the site

The use of automatic services (robots, crawler, indexing etc.) as well as other methods for systematic or regular use is not permitted, except for search engines that respect the rules at /robots.txt. The rule exists to protect a database built rally by rally, not to hide information: data may be cited freely with attribution to areiascore.com.
